Preview Policy
Two-week free previews are available to non-profit organizations for purchase consideration. Please contact us if you would like to receive additional information. Please return cassettes on time, so others may use them. If you need more time, please call us to extend the preview period. A replacement fee is assessed for any preview cassette not returned.
When you place your order, a new cassette is sent with a discussion guide. All sales are final.
Volume Discounts, Closed-circuit, and Duplication Rights
Contact our customer service department at 1-800-536-6843 to inquire about volume discounts, duplication rights, special series discounts and closed-circuit rights.
Shipping
A $10.00 shipping and handling charge will be added to all sales and rentals for up to 3 cassettes. Please inquire for rates on larger shipments. Orders outside the continental U.S. must be pre-paid in U.S. funds. Allow 2-4 weeks for UPS delivery.

Please include a street address for UPS delivery--no P.O. boxes. Phone orders are accepted only with a valid purchase order number (confirming or original Purchase Order must follow via mail). If you do not use Purchase Orders, please mail or fax your order to the above address on your agency's letterhead.
